IREM Southern Colorado has two scholarship opportunities!
The IREM Southern Colorado Chapter 53 offers scholarships to all members pursuing the CPM, to offset costs associated with IREM courses taken in any format, at any location. The recipient is responsible for registering and paying for the course. This scholarship will reimburse the recipient once the course is taken and passed, and after the foundation has supported your courses. In addition, local scholarship funds can be used to subsidize travel and registration expenses for attendance at IREM National Conferences, or for Student Members event attendance fees. Students should first apply for the scholarships through the IREM Foundation and then locally for other support.
Please allow at least one month to have your application reviewed. The board will determine how much funds are available to reimburse you for the courses.

IREM Southern Colorado Chapter 53 wishes to accommodate your attendance at the next Conference. We will provide up to $1,500 for one property manager member to attend PropertyCon in 2024.
