Caleb David

Creating space for people to be seen, heard and known makes Caleb David come alive. His love for the Front Range community, partnership, and connecting with people has helped Caleb to become one of the leading brokers in the Colorado Springs market. He provides reliable expertise in office, medical, retail, industrial and land markets. As an investor and owner of commercial real estate himself, Caleb brings a unique perspective and solid advice to his local, national and international clients. Caleb is a 2022 Colorado Governor’s Fellow, Board Member of the Better Business Bureau of Southern Colorado and had the privilege of serving as the 2019 President of the Southern Colorado Commercial Brokers (SCCB) Association and is a part of the Colorado Springs Small Business Advancement team (www.cosopenforbiz.com), developed in partnership with the Colorado Springs Chamber and EDC. He also serves on the ReTool COS Committee and serves as a Consultant with the Small Business Development Center in El Paso County. With almost 20 years in the non-profit sector, Caleb’s desire is to use his platform and resources to bring awareness to social justice issues and to vulnerable and oppressed people on the margins. He was also the recipient of the Golden Rule Young People’s Goodwill Ambassadorship Award presented by Dr. Clyde Rivers and Ambassador Mussie Hailu in 2014 for his work and commitment to the people of Ethiopia. An epicurean at heart, Caleb loves traveling and sitting down to a delicious meal with friends and family.

Saul Levy

Senior Vice President, CBRE
​Saul Levy joined CBRE in May 2021. He has over ten years of experience as a multifamily broker with a total consideration over $1.5 billion. His transaction experience has ranged from working with local private capital investors to large national institutions. He is passionate and dedicated in formulating creative solutions for his clients in order to exceed their distinct expectations.
Mr. Levy is a Colorado native and graduated from Colorado College in Colorado Springs with a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics.

Bruce Betts

Broker/Owner, RE/MAX Advantage Realty, Inc
Bruce has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1985. He joined RE/MAX in 1987 and opened RE/MAX Advantage in 1998.  Keeping up with what’s going on in the residential real estate market helps Bruce lead the other brokers in his office, as well as provide service his clients.
Bruce has earned designations as a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist
(CLHMS), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer’s Agent (ABR), and more. He has been recognized by RE/MAX LLC with the Hall of Fame Award and the Lifetime Achievement Award.  RE/MAX Advantage has been recognized as one of the Top 500 real estate firms in the USA. RE/MAX Advantage has also been named a “Best Workplace” by the Gazette.
In his spare time Bruce plays guitar on the Worship Team at local fellowships and serves on the BOD of Rocky Mountain Calvary. Bruce drives a BMW M3 in racing competition with the National Auto Sport Association (NASA) and won the GTS-2 Championship in 2018 in the Rocky Mtn Region.

Susan Edmondson

President & CEO, Downtown Partnership of Colorado Springs
Susan Edmondson is President & CEO of Downtown Partnership of Colorado Springs, a nonprofit organization ensuring that downtown serves as the economic, civic and cultural heart of the city. Previously, she served 10 years as executive director of the Bee Vradenburg Foundation, a private foundation supporting the arts in the Pikes Peak region. Prior to assuming that position in 2003, she served for seven years as arts-and-entertainment editor at The Gazette in Colorado Springs. Susan also has worked for daily newspapers in Nevada and California. She holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and a master’s degree in public administration at the University of Colorado-Colorado Springs. She serves on the board of the US Olympic & Paralympic Museum and is co-founder of the Cultural Office of the Pikes Peak Region.
