Caleb David

Caleb David found a passion for commercial real estate almost 5 years ago when he decided to make a change in careers after almost 15 years in the non-profit sector. Caleb joined the CameronButcher team as a commercial real estate broker.

Shortly after moving to Colorado Springs in 2012, Caleb fell in love with the community. This love for the community and connecting with people has helped Caleb become one of the leading brokers in the Colorado Springs market. He is dedicated to building the Front Range community by using his expertise to help bring new businesses to the market and help existing businesses grow and expand.

In his first year as a Commercial Real Estate broker, Caleb was voted SCCB Rookie of the Year by his peers, showing his dedication and growth in this industry. Caleb now has the privilege of serving as President of Southern Colorado Commercial Brokers (SCCB).

Saul Levy

Saul Levy joined Newmark Knight Frank in 2013 and has since sold over a billion dollars in multifamily transactions comprised of 10,000+ units. Mr. Levy specializes in representing Colorado Springs apartment owners where he has maintained a 60%+ market share by total sales volume.  Throughout his career he has represented a wide range of clients from local private investors up to large institutional owners.  Along with his partner, Kevin McKenna, they have represented the owner on every record setting transaction by vintage in the Colorado Springs market. Mr. Levy was named a Top Five Producer at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s Rising Star Symposium in 2015 and selected as Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtor’s #2 Young Broker of the Year in 2016. He is passionate and dedicated to ensuring optimal pricing and terms for each of his clients as well as exceeding their distinct expectations. Mr. Levy is a Colorado native and graduated from Colorado College in Colorado Springs with a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics.

Bruce Betts

Bruce has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1985. He joined RE/MAX in 1987 and opened RE/MAX Advantage in 1998.  Keeping up with what’s going on in the residential real estate market helps Bruce lead the other brokers in his office, as well as provide service his clients. This is the slogan Bruce applies to leading other brokers and serving his clinets. “We achieve our goals by helping you achieve yours”.

Bruce has earned designations as a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer’s Agent (ABR), and more. He has been recognized by RE/MAX LLC with the Hall of Fame Award and the Lifetime Achievement Award.  RE/MAX Advantage has been recognized as one of the Top 500 real estate firms in the USA.

Bruce and his wife Sharon have four children, two of them licensed Brokers. In his spare time Bruce plays guitar on the Worship Team at local fellowships and serves on the BOD of Rocky Mtn Calvary and the BBB. Bruce drives a BMW M3 in racing competition with the National Auto Sport Association (NASA) and won the GTS-2 Championship in 2018. Sharon also enjoys the weekends of racing and serves as the ‘crew’ for team.

Ryan Heeter

With more than 22 years in the construction industry, Ryan Heeter joined GE Johnson Construction Company in August 2018 as Chief Operating Officer. Not only does he provide guidance in executing the vision for GE Johnson Construction Co.; he’s also on the GE Johnson Board of Directors, where he provides insight for all of GE Johnson’s business units.

A major component in GE Johnson Construction Co.’s vision is giving back to the community, and Ryan has been a driving force in recent corporate citizenship efforts. While GE Johnson has a rich history of giving back to the community, it is now an expectation that construction project teams have a community plan so that the Company can increase community participation at the project level.

Before joining GE Johnson, Ryan spent his career with McCarthy Building Company, working his way up from a project engineer to an executive vice president. In his construction industry tenure, he has worked in various capacities, including: operations, business development, preconstruction, finance, legal and risk management, human resources, and strategic planning.

An Oregon State University alum, Ryan graduated with a degree in construction engineering management and a minor in business administration.

When he’s not working, you can find Ryan enjoying time with his wife and three children, who all enjoy skiing, snowboarding, biking, hunting, fishing, and anything that gets them outdoors.
