Caleb David

Caleb David found a passion for commercial real estate almost 5 years ago when he decided to make a change in careers after almost 15 years in the non-profit sector. Caleb joined the CameronButcher team as a commercial real estate broker.

Shortly after moving to Colorado Springs in 2012, Caleb fell in love with the community. This love for the community and connecting with people has helped Caleb become one of the leading brokers in the Colorado Springs market. He is dedicated to building the Front Range community by using his expertise to help bring new businesses to the market and help existing businesses grow and expand.

In his first year as a Commercial Real Estate broker, Caleb was voted SCCB Rookie of the Year by his peers, showing his dedication and growth in this industry. Caleb now has the privilege of serving as President of Southern Colorado Commercial Brokers (SCCB).

Stuart Sloat

Stuart Sloat has been a real estate broker in the Colorado Springs market for the past twenty years.  Following a successful joint venture that purchased, renovated and leased investment property, he changed his focus to multifamily brokerage. Stuart joined Olive Real Estate Group in 2013, adding his valuable expertise in the multifamily sector to Olive’s full-service real estate brokerage and property management services.  This expertise is exemplified by his receipt of the CoStar Power Broker Award for three out of the past four years. His personal involvement in ownership, management and repositioning of numerous investment properties is just one of many ways Stuart adds insight and value to clients and their goals of maximizing returns in the world of multifamily investing.

In his free time, Stuart enjoys long distance running in the mountains, back-country skiing, and travelling. Stuart has explored more than thirty-five countries, including living and studying in Norway and Nepal.  In 2006 he accomplished a lifelong dream of climbing a major Himalayan Peak. He and two team members were the first Americans to reach the summit of 25,503′ Mt. Gurla Mandhata in western Tibet.

Adam Rezner

Adam brings a unique background to the real estate world, having spent five years as an officer in the Army before joining Olive Real Estate Group in 2017. He served in various team leader and project manager roles, including two deployments to Afghanistan, and his duties have encompassed everything from leading combat patrols overseas to shipping millions of dollars of equipment around the world. His awards include the Meritorious Service Medal, the
Ranger Tab, the Pathfinder Badge, and the Airborne Badge.

Adam graduated from Kansas State University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Geography and was a Distinguished Military Graduate, representing the top 20% of cadets in the Reserve Officer Training Corps.

Adam first became interested in real estate while still in the Army, and helped found a company which focused on buying, renovating, and selling homes in the Pikes Peak region. Though originally from California, Adam and his family loved the Colorado Springs area so much they decided to remain here after leaving the Army, and he is excited to work to build upon the amazing growth and development in the region. He is currently involved with Toastmasters International, and some of his favorite hobbies are hiking, rock climbing, and traveling, which he enjoys doing with his wife, Sydney, and son, Casen.

Bruce Betts

Bruce has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1985. He joined RE/MAX in 1987 and opened RE/MAX Advantage in 1998.  Keeping up with what’s going on in the residential real estate market helps Bruce lead the other brokers in his office, as well as provide service his clients. This is the slogan Bruce applies to leading other brokers and serving his clinets. “We achieve our goals by helping you achieve yours”.

Bruce has earned designations as a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer’s Agent (ABR), and more. He has been recognized by RE/MAX LLC with the Hall of Fame Award and the Lifetime Achievement Award.  RE/MAX Advantage has been recognized as one of the Top 500 real estate firms in the USA.

Bruce and his wife Sharon have four children, two of them licensed Brokers. In his spare time Bruce plays guitar on the Worship Team at local fellowships and serves on the BOD of Rocky Mtn Calvary and the BBB. Bruce drives a BMW M3 in racing competition with the National Auto Sport Association (NASA) and won the GTS-2 Championship in 2018. Sharon also enjoys the weekends of racing and serves as the ‘crew’ for team.

Scott Saunders

 Scott R. Saunders is Senior Vice President with Asset Preservation, Inc. (API), a subsidiary of Stewart Information Services Corporation (NYSE: STC). Scott has an extensive background in Internal Revenue Code §1031 tax deferred exchanges, having been involved in structuring thousands and thousands of §1031 exchanges during his thirty years in the exchange industry. He holds a Business Economics degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara. Asset Preservation is a leading national IRC §1031 qualified intermediary (QI) and has successfully completed over 175,000 §1031 exchanges throughout the nation.

 Mr. Saunders dedicates a significant portion of his time presenting classes on intermediate and advanced §1031 exchange strategies to accountants, attorneys, financial advisors, real estate brokers and princi­pals nationwide. He has spoken at the annual National Bar Association Conference, National Society of Accountants (NSA) Annual Conference, National Association of Realtors® Annual Conference, GMAC Real Estate’s Annual Convention, Annual Conference for the American Society of Cost Segregation Profession­als, Building Owners and Management Association International (BOMA) Annual Conference, American Land Title Association (ALTA), Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants Annual Convention, Colo­rado Association of Realtors Annual State Convention, Ohio Bar Association, the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Success Series, Tenant-in-Common Association (TICA), the University of Denver and Washington D.C. Bar Association and many other state and local financial, real estate, accounting and legal associations. In addition, he has been a regular presenter of 8-hour C.L.E. and C.P.E. approved classes on advanced §1031 exchange issues to accountants, attorneys, commercial developers and CFO’s arranged by Lorman Education and the Na­tional Business Institute.  In addition to being an accredited speaker in numerous states, Mr. Saunders was a contributing author to the book Real Estate Exchanges: Using the Tax Deferred Exchange in Real Estate Investment Manage­ment and has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, CNBC, Forbes Real Estate Investor and U.S. News and World Report. He has written over 180 articles on various aspects of §1031 exchanges, capital gain taxation and investment real estate. His articles have been featured in many investment publications such as the New York Real Estate Journal, Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal, Inman News, REBusiness Online, Heartland Real Estate Business, Western Real Estate Business, REALTORS® Land Institute Terra Firma, ALTA’s Title News, HousingWire and many other real estate and other financial publications. Mr. Saunders also is a Board Member and Treasurer of the Federation of Exchange Accommodators (, the national IRC §1031 exchange industry trade association.
