The Southern Colorado Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) exists to serve the needs of Real Estate Managers and their clients at every level including the site manager, the property or asset manager, and management company executives. Our geographical influence includes the cities of Colorado Springs and Pueblo but also includes all of the mountain towns and communities of southern and southwestern Colorado.

IREM® Southern Colorado Chapter No. 53 promotes ethical real estate management practices for our members through our National credentialed membership programs and provides an opportunity to network at monthly luncheons and other events, a source of select qualified vendors through our Industry Partners Program as well as a national resource for jobs in the local and national real estate markets through IREMJobs.org and online real estate management tools through IREMFirst.org.
