The Southern Colorado Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management

The Southern Colorado Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) exists to serve the needs of Real Estate Managers and their clients at every level including the site manager, the property or asset manager, and management company executives. Our geographical influence includes the cities of Colorado Springs and Pueblo but also includes all of the mountain towns and communities of southern and southwestern Colorado.
